PIG CLEANING

Pigs are used to remove scales and foreign substances from pipes.  Pigs are composed of wear-resistant resins coated crosswise on the polyurethane cannon ball shaped materials which have excellent elasticity and compression force.  These pigs are fed through the piping by air, nitrogen gas or water pressure to remove rust, sand, pebbles and other foreign substances.

This process is often used for new piping.  Since pigs are highly elastic and flexible, they are also used to cleaning 90 degrees elbow joints, T-joints and bent pipes.
